On the marriage certificate it claims her father was a Richard Noakes, however her mother never married and there was no father on the birth certificate. Also there does not seem to be a Richard Noakes around at that time. Therefore I believe that the Richard Noakes was really Richard Pentecost who was a farmer and was who she was living with. ¹⁶
