Degree qualified with in excess of 25 years experience within the IT industry. Extensive knowledge of dynamic software and hardware intensive development projects. Combined with more recent Resource Management and Development Management experience provides for a unique range of skills to operate at all levels. Managed multiple complex development projects with up to 90+ staff and the Resourcing of up to 550 IT staff. Flexible attitude borne out of working in a wide variety of project scenarios and organisations and as a result has experience of change management environments.

Gained a wide variety of experience at all levels of systems development and software implementation. This includes full lifecycle from feasibility, analysis; design, implementation, all levels of testing, through to commissioning and project management. Experience covers real-time systems, defence related industries and telecommunications including database intensive applications.

Currently training in Web Design & Development to broaden the overall range of IT skills with a focus on development and management.
